Hi. Sounds great. Are there fees for attendance? I would be interested in hearing more about how you are organizing it. Will you be also contacting vendors so that when providers get together, vendors will suggest products?

I visited a few employer-to-provider health fairs here in South Florida and they were very well organized. One was by the Florida Health Care Coalition Group. A lot of talking about wellness programs and obesity in work place.

Is this your first time setting the Health Fair up or have you done it before?
